# NF 2026.2

- MeterConnect users no longer need to use the **Start Cycle** option in MeterConnect to reset the read status of their allocated sites. The read cycle is tracked automatically so that it is consistent across different applications. A summary of the progress of the current assignment is now available on the [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MCN/pages/3723853844](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MCN/pages/3723853844) screen.
- Meter readers can now filter the site list and map by area/group.
- If your system is configured to require images for referred readings, meter readers are prompted to add an image when submitting a reading that will be referred. Planners can then view any images when they are checking the referred readings.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ You can’t attach images to offline readings. If you need to submit an image, save the image when you take the reading and add it when you upload the offline reading.

- Staff who are managing meter reading assignments can now delete an assignment or re-assign it to another user. In this case, any readings you have already taken will not be deleted, and you will be able to upload any offline readings from the old assignment, but you won’t be able to take any new readings for that assignment.

# NF 2026.1.x
