# Logging In

To log in, open MeterConnect, enter the login details and click **Login**.

# Changing or Resetting Your Password

> ℹ️ If you change or reset your password you will receive an email or an SMS confirrming the change.

## Resetting a forgotten password

If you forget your password you can request a new one by clicking the **Forgotten Password?** link on the login screen. Enter your username and the email address or phone number where you want the new password sent.

## Changing a password

To change your password, select the Change Password option from the application menu. You will be prompted to choose a new password.

# Logging out

To log out of MeterConnect, select **Sign Out **from the application menu.
