You can add Notes to a site in the :notesIcon:  **Notes** tab of the site details screen. If there are any notes for the site the number of notes is displayed on the tab header.

Site notes are visible to anyone who has access to view a site.

> ℹ️ You might create a note to record access details for a site or to alert meter readers about site hazards.

To add a new note tab the **Add** button, enter your note text, and tap **SEND**. You can also set an optional expiry date after which the note will be deleted.
